Inspector's note: Based on the information provided during the course of the investigation, one staff used poor judgement by telling a child she would be calling the police due to the child's behavior. Inspector's note: One staff used inappropriate discipline when they pulled a child's arm who was on a soccer post and wouldn't let the child go. The staff member continued to pull the child's arm to attempt to get them back to where the rest of the children were. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2024-09-26.
