- Critical Responsibilities of Caregivers - Intervene to ensure each child's safety
Inspector's note: Based on the information gathered during the DFPS Investigation, a child was left unsupervised for approximately 20 minutes. Caregiver was unaware of child's whereabouts. Child was found in the roadway by a passerby and brought back to the operation, unharmed. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2025-09-26. - Critical Director Responsibilities - Employee Assignments
Inspector's note: Based on the information gathered during the DFPS investigation, it was concluded the director allowed one caregiver to be responsible for 8 children which included 3 children with special needs, and 1 infant.
