Inspector's note: There were 2 infants observed in a chair that is equipped with safety straps and the safety straps were observed to not have been fastened. Inspector's note: Children 18months to 2 years old were observed outside on a walk in a non-closed area. The Director brought the children inside and reviewed the ratio and group size standards for walking field trip standards with the caregivers. The Director stated the children will only go outside the fenced area, if the operation has enough caregivers to accommodate the max group sizes for proper supervision. Risk level: Medium High.
