  • Critical Safety - Electrical Outlets Covered
Inspector's note: Several classrooms had covers missing from plugs. This was corrected at inspection when covers were placed in all outlets that were missing. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected during the inspection.
  • Critical Basic Requirements for Infants - Free from Choking Objects That May Cause Choking in Infants or Toddlers
Inspector's note: The door separating the infant and preschool classrooms had a large gap beneath it. Preschool children were observed pushing small toys under the door into the infant room. An infant was observed retrieving one of the toys and was observed with the toy completely inside their mouth. The gap beneath the door allowed items to pass freely between classrooms, creating a potential choking hazard for infants. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2026-08-12.
