Inspector's note: This standard was marked deficient based on information obtained during a DFPS investigation. It was found that the caregiver grabbed the 8-month-old infant?s shoulder and torso. As the infant continued to cry, the caregiver grabbed the infant roughly, moving the infant in and out of the crib. It was also found that the caregiver grabbed the victim and moved the victim across the room. Risk level: High.
