Inspector's note: In the outdoor area there were nails sticking out from the back fence. The nails could easily be pulled out of the fence and were in an area accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the nails were hammered back into the fence and secured. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected during the inspection.
