Inspector's note: At the time of inspection, the vehicles used for transportation had the following issues: Van #1 (tan): One seatbelt in the last row and one seatbelt in the first row do not buckle properly. Additionally, the door handle for the double doors is broken, preventing the doors from being opened. Van #2 (white): The seatbelt in the first row behind the driver does not buckle properly.
