Inspector's note: It was found during a self reported investigation that a child was left alone in the hallway for 3 minutes. The child briefly walked into a workroom and a bathroom. This was corrected when the director wrote up the caregivers, retrained them on safety and supervision, and administration will assist them with transitions.
