Inspector's note: A child was able to leave the classroom and go to the hallway next to the classroom to get their lunchbox without the caregivers knowledge. The child was in the hallway around 15-30 seconds before another caregiver found the child and took the child back to the classroom. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2025-04-22.
