There is some trash and discarded pieces of plywood in the area of the oudoor play space where children may be playing. A nest of yellow jacket wasps was found inside of a decorative bell hanging in the outdoor play area which presents a stinging hazard for caregivers and children alike. Multiple play structures are in slight disrepair and may need cleaning, pressure washing, or replacement. A presssure washer device is in the middle of the outdoor play space for children where they may attempt to use the hardware. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected by 2026-09-08.
