Inspector's note: A child was playing with bubbled plastic wrap in the classroom. Additional bubble wrap was on a low shelf accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver took the packing wrap from the child. Inspector removed the rest of the bubble wrap from the shelf. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2025-09-09.
