- Critical Director Responsibilities - Operate in Compliance
Inspector's note: Based on information obtained in a DFPS investigation, the director did not fulfill their director responsibilities as they were aware of a serious allegation about a caregiver but did not take action to mitigate the risk while the allegation is being investigated by removing the caregiver from access to children. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2026-05-04.

Risk level: Medium. Corrected by 2024-05-16.
- Non-critical Children's Products- Annual Certification
Inspector's note: The written annual CPSC certification had not been completed since 1/31/22. Note: This was corrected during the inspection by the director completing it. Risk level: Medium. Corrected during the inspection. - Non-critical Written Operational Policies - Criteria for Extreme Weather
