    Inspector's note: The restroom in the toddler room had various items present including a chair directly behind the sink, an easel/chalkboard, there were items blocking access to the toilets, and there were various cleaning supplies in a bin on the floor near the restroom (this area was being blocked off with a chair). This was corrected at inspection when the portable sink in the toddler room was refilled with water.
