Inspector's note: This standard was investigated as part of an investigation and found to be in non-compliance. It was discovered that a child was left unsupervised in the restroom for approximately one minute and was discovered by another staff who was walking down the hallway at the time. The staff responsible for the child was not aware that they were still in the restroom when they transitioned back to the classroom down the hallway. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2023-05-03.
