Inspector's note: Based on the DFPS investigation and after reviewing the camera footage, it was found that the caregiver was not supervising the children. Children were observed climbing on tables, a child pulled a chair that was holding the restroom door open, and the child inside was left in the restroom and the caregiver was not interacting with the children.
