Additionally, there was one smaller pillow that appeared to be dirty and in a state of deterioration. Note: The pillows were removed during the inspection. Two vents at floor level were noted to be accumulating dust and debris, with one vent appearing loose. Both vents were subsequently cleaned and secured. Additionally, two death cockroaches were observed on the after-school classroom floor and were removed during the inspection. The outdoor area utilized by the children was observed with candy wrappers and a cap from a beer and water bottle. These items were subsequently collected and removed. Risk level: Medium High.
