  • Non-critical Children's Records - Health Statement
Inspector's note: A child in care was lacking a health statement. Risk level: Medium. Corrected by 2023-03-02.
  • Critical Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
Inspector's note: The chain link fence in the outdoor play area was detached from the frame causing a possible entrapment hazard to children in care. Furthermore, it can allow access to farm animals from the neighboring yard. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected by 2023-02-24.
  • Critical Nutrition and Food Service - Follow Meal Patterns
Inspector's note: Lunch was observed at the beginning of the inspection. Children were being served Ramen noodles and water. This was corrected at the end of the inspection after being prompted by the CCR inspector that Ramen noodles do not comply with CACFP guidelines. The provider began cooking a second meal of cabbage and sausage to serve the children in care. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected during the inspection.
