A caregiver did not used good judgement when they fed an infant applesauce that was not authorized to be fed to the child by the parents. This was corrected by the director speaking to the caregiver about the expectations. The director conferenced with the caregiver on 3/8/23 about the feeding expectations of the children in care. A child in care that was not yet on table food did not have current feeding instructions available for review.
