Inspector's note: Observed a child walk out of a classroom to use a bathroom in the hallway. One teacher left the classroom and closed the door behind them and walked to the front of the building leaving the child in the bathroom with no visial, or auditory supervision. Licensing spoke to the person in charge and they returned the child to the correct classroom. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2024-12-12.
