Inspector's note: A walkthrough of the playgrounds was conducted during the unannounced inspection. The loose fill surfacing was observed to be deficient. It was not at the required depth (at least 6 inches) in the fall zone areas under and around the climbing equipment. There were areas where the ground was exposed. Risk level: Medium High. Inspector's note: Structure on playground is leaning causing a safety hazard. Paint is chipping off of the splash pad equipment and needs to be repainted.
