Inspector's note: This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant based on information obtained. It was discovered that a caregiver was not aware a three-year-old child had wandered into another classroom until their parent arrived at the operation. The child was alone in a dark classroom playing with a toy for approximately 1-2 minutes before being discovered. Risk level: High. It was discovered the caregivers were not aware of the ongoing activities of two children in a playhouse on the playground which led to one child biting the other child several times.
