Inspector's note: There were two uninstalled air conditioning window units in the playground area. The playground also contained a chandelier, rusted items such as a chair and lawn equipment, and there was a pile of wood with rusted nails sticking out. There was also a hammer sitting in the middle of play equipment. There was a broken slide with a puddle of accumluated water on it. Play equipment had a lot of dirt and spiders webs on them. There was also a large spider observed with a spiderweb in the playground area. There was a fallen tree limb inside of the fencing of the playground area.
