Inspector's note: Based on the information obtained, it was found that a child was left alone on the playground for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. This was corrected, when the child was retrieved from the playground. Self- report was made to CCR on the same day. Risk level: High. Corrected by 2023-05-26.
