Inspector's note: A closet used by children for severe weather drills also has cleaning supplies in reach. This was removed and placed on a higher shelf at inspection. Additional cleaning supplies is in reach in the classroom. These were also removed at inspection and placeed on a higher shelf. The toddler playground still has a rake on the ground within the active play space. Additionally, glass cleaner is on a shelf accessible to children leading out to the toddler playground. The rake was removed from the outdoor activity space. The primary hallway used by children has a mop bucket with standing water. The bucket of water was removed. Risk level: Medium High.
