Inspector's note: The climbing wall on the school aged play structure is anchored by two metal twisted fibers securely attached and buried in the ground. One was observed to have one broken anchor causing the bottom to not be secure for children to climb on and use as per manufacturer's instructions. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected by 2023-09-19.
