Inspector's note: On 02/20/2024, an 8-year-old child was removed from a classroom and placed outside of the door unsupervised. The door was closed, and the child was outside of the classroom, banging on the door. Based on the information obtained, the child was put out the classroom due to their behavior. Risk level: High.
