Inspector's note: Two groups of children were left out of ratio when a caregiver left the cafeteria to let parents into the building, leaving one caregiver in charge of both groups. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers were notified that they both needed to be in the cafeteria as they were both counted in ratio. Risk level: Medium High.
