Inspector's note: A bathroom that is counted in the operations capacity was being used as storage. I spoke to the director about keeping the restroom usable for the children as it is part of their capacity. The restroom was cleared out. A toddler playground was not being used due to maintanence that was needed on the playground. There was fencing around the AC that was cracked and the toys were knocked over, and the cover for the sanbox was in the sanbox bunched up which could cause a tripping hazard.
