    Inspector's note: The child safety alarm is not operating correctly according to manufacturer instructions. The button at the rear of the vehicle is not disabling the alarm as it is supposed to. When inquiring about daily procedures when transporting children, the operation has not been disabling the child safety alarm at the rear of the vehicle when using the child safety alarm. A dramatic play equipment that has tires has wired mesh exposed with sharp edge. The equipment also has a loose board. The barrier to the climbing equipment has cracks.
