The same video also shows the caregiver roughly pushing the child?s head up when she is attempting to talk to the child. Inspector's note: Based on the interviews and video, a 19month old child that was being transferred to another room ran ahead of the caregiver during transition time, which resulted in the child walking in between parents out one door that leads into the foyer and out the front door of the building while walking in between two different parents until the child?s parent saw him outside in the front of the daycare next to a parent.
