  Inspector's note: In 3 of the classroom, peeling paint and wall depressions were observed. This was corrected during the inspection, when the staffed painted the areas and provided coverings until the financial burden could be met. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected by 2026-08-27.

  Inspector's note: The carpets, trash cans, 3 bathrooms needed to be cleaned and sanitized. There were stains on the carpets in the classrooms, and smudges on the floors and walls. The trash can in one of the classrooms needed to be wiped down and the presence of urine was in three of the bathrooms. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected by 2026-09-10.
