  Inspector's note: During the walkthrough I observed a beer can, water house, propane tank with weed killer bottles on the ground accessible to children. I also observed an open gate to the pond in the backyard. The gate was closed and secured by latch, the beer can was removed as well as the weed killer. The propane tank was removed.
