Inspector's note: Two staff members have background checks that required re-checking as of 11-6-2023. There are two other staff members that will also require resubmitting that are not here today. These teaches will also not be able to be present at the operation until they have received an eligible status. The two present today have been told and asked to leave the operation. I watched them leave.An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC 42.078.
