Inspector's note: Chemicals were being stored in a cabinet under the sink in the toddler room. The cabinet did not have a lock and the chemicals were accessible to children. Inspector's note: A 9-month-old was in a sleeper rocker without safety straps. Also, a 12-month-old was sitting in a bucket chair at an infant feeding table without the safety straps fastened. The child was removed from the sleeper rocker at inspection and the safety straps in the bucket chair were fastened at inspection. Risk level: Medium High.
