    Inspector's note: Two infants were asleep with a bottle inside of their crib. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the bottles from each crib. Risk level: Medium High. Corrected during the inspection.

    Inspector's note: The nail bolts in the black barrier around the playground were sticking out causing a risk to children. A train that is anchored on the playground also had nail bolts sicking out. This was corrected when a caregiver hammered the bolts in place. Risk level: High. Corrected during the inspection.
