    Inspector's note: During the walk through inspection I noticed there was not a teacher in the infant room. I looked around for the teacher and did not observe anyone there. As i began to turn around I saw a teacher behind me stating i'm right here. This was the same caregiver I observed walking past me in the hallway as I was headed towards her infant classroom.
