3-501.16 - Observed a container with salsa at 68°F sitting in the 3-compartment sink. The person in charge said it had been sitting there since the day prior. Time/temperature control for food safety shall be maintained at 41°F or less at all times. The salsa was discarded. Talked about discarding any food items that may not be of use anymore
