El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed 3 cockroaches in the dishwashing area. Facility must be kept free of insects. Have licensed pest control treat facility. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. After having a clear pest control report, email it to inspector. Inspector will come out 24 hours after the clear pest control report.

Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed multiple rodent droppings in kitchen and bar, notably on containers of food. Observed potatoes with gnaw marks in kitchen. Observed holes in walls on 2nd story. / Discard food that has been contaminated by rodents. Clean an sanitize all areas where rodent droppings are found, including containers of food. Contact pest control services to service facility. Seal all holes, cracks and crevices to prevent vermin entry. Do not use spray foam as sealant. Contact this department for a re-inspection no earlier than 24 hours from last pest control treatment to verify there is no rodent infestation Facility cannot reopen unless there is no evidence of rodents, including but not limited to droppings, gnaw marks and/or rub marks.
