El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed some dry rodent droppings in upstairs storage area. Ensure facility is kept free of rodents at all times. Clean rodent droppings using wet methods (spray with bleach solution and then wipe up with a paper towel). Have a licensed pest control operator (PCO) inspect and service the facility. Seal all gaps/holes/cracks providing access to the facility using approved materials. Monitor for activity. Maintain copies of PCO reports at facility.
