• Menor Problemas con el lavado de manos
  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed food handler push garbage down into the garbage container in the kitchen. Food handler took off gloves and proceeded to put on new gloves without washing hands first. Observed food handler wiping gloved hands on wiping cloth with food on it. Observed another food handler with gloves remove gloves and didn't wash hands before proceeding to next task. Once food handlers have contaminated their gloves or hands they shall wash their hands prior to putting on new gloves or beginning food handling cleaning, utilizing warewashing sink. COS. One employee began to use the three-compartment sink for hand washing. Use only hand wash sink for hand washing.
