  Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): A trash bag is being used to stored a coffee machine in the preparation area. [Corrective action] Discontinue the use of trash bags to store equipment. Use approved food rigid containers or approved bags.
