  Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): 0 PPM sanitizer solution concentration in sanitizer bucket of cafe area or in 3 compartment sink sanitizer basin. Sanitizer solution shall be maintained at appropriate concentrations. Sanitizer jug was empty and sanitizer log was no completed at time of inspection. Ensure logs are filled daily and sanitizer levels checked frequently enough to maintain proper concentrations.
