Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed debris buildup in the ice machine. Observed chef place raw shell eggs on a salad/tofu plate. Food contact surfaces must be clean and sanitized. Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard salad and move plates to the dishwasher.
