  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed operator handling raw beef slices using gloved hands then proceed to use same gloves to touch clean food contact surfaces without changing gloves or washing hands in between. Food contact surfaces shall be maintained free of contamination. Ensure hands are washed and gloves changed after handling raw meat then switching to another activity.
