[CA]: Potentially Hazardous Food (PHF) shall be cold held at 41F or below at all times. [COS/SA]: PHFs that have been out of temperature for more than 4 hours were voluntarily discarded. PHFs that have been out of temperature for less than 4 hours were relocated to other coolig units to cool down.
