[COS] Chef agreed to time mark potatoes. Discussed future operation of cooling potatoes and keeping a sheet tray in the bottom section of a prep cooler across the fryer. [COS] Chef agreed to time mark the tomaotes. Discussed future operation of keeping tomatoes cold in the prep cooler across the flat grill.
