Rodent droppings observed in the following areas: - On floor underneath the three-compartment sink. - On floor behind the one-door upright freezer. - On top of two plastic storage bins placed below storage rack. - On top of one-door upright freezer. Per unit director, facility is serviced monthly. Last service was conducted on 2/6/2026. Pest control was provided for review. Per pest control report, evidence of rodents were observed with numerous recommended work orders. No contamination of food observed. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of old droppings. [COS] Monitoring trap with dead rodent was discarded. *** A follow-up inspection will be conducted. ** This Division recommends replacing milk crate containers used to store prepackaged snacks with plastic containers with tight fitting lids.
