REPEAT VIOLATION. This same violation has occurred in multiple routine inspection; inspections on (12/16/24 and 3/25/24). Submit pictures to specialist for review within 6-buiness days (7/7/25). Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.

[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks (100*F).
[SA] PIC raised the temperature within the unit and temperature for water is rising.
