Nota del inspector (en inglés): 1. Floors are made of wood in the room where the old reach in with the kegs was stored. 2. The ceiling is damaged in the same room with the floor made of wood. 3. The floor of the kitchen has an accumulation of food debris. 4. There is a large gap in the wall under the dishwasher. 5. There is a hole in the wall behind the door from the staff breakroom. [CA] The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
