El inspector encontró ratones, ratas, cucarachas, moscas o rastros de ellos (como excrementos) dentro del negocio, o condiciones que podrían atraerlos. Las plagas pueden propagar bacterias a los alimentos y superficies, por eso se considera uno de los hallazgos más graves.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): The roach sticky board is full of dead roaches. According to the manager they are old sticky boards. [CA] Discard this and replace it to monitor that there is not an ongoing issue with the roaches. Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed the walk in to have black growth on the wall next to the milk and on the ceiling. Observed the gliders in the refrigerators to have black growth on some of them. [CA] Clean and sanitize these areas.
